checks/money orders must be in US funds and drawn off a
US bank. Canadian customers add only $3 US for air mail.
Air mail magazine orders are a flat rate up to two issues,
so a second issue can be added for just $3.
Subscriptions. A one-year
subscription (4 issues) is $20 in the United States. Readers in
Canada can subscribe for $30, and elsewhere it's $55 via air mail.
